How long does shipping take?
1-2 weeks
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will recive an email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
If you have a Shopify account, you can also log in and view your order status in the "Orders" section.

Returns
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item please follow these steps.
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Deborahschichandunique@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page to initite the return process. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Return Eligibility: make sure your item is eligible for return. Our return policy is 14 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition.
3. Return Shipment: After we confirm your return, we'll provide you a return shipping label or instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment minus a 30% RESTOCKING FEE or offer an exchange, depending on your prefernce.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3-4 business days to process the return. After your return is processed, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Please note that depending on your payment, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, we offer exchanges! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our return process, and once we receive your return, we'll help you with the exchange.

- The item must be in its original condition, and exchanges are subject to availability.
- if teh new item is proced differntly, any price differnce will be charged or refunded as appropiate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety or payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify payments.
Do you ship Internatinally?
As we are a new business we are currently NOT shipping internationally. As we continue to grow we will look into adding this service.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently we do not.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can easily track your package online.
